Pivničko flour

Agromonterra is engaged in flour production and trade. Depending on the needs of our partners, we produce flour as their PL or our brands. We operate according to HACCP and ISO 9001 standards, which provide guaranteed quality of products. Our Pivničko wheat flour is recognized and loved by our customers who purchase it for their usage at their homes, and to industries like bakeries and confectionery producers. The mill is situated in village Pivnice, in the proximity of Vrbas, according to which the final product was named after, and has for decades been the symbol of quality and reliability. The flour is made in the long milling process, which enables the full control of processing activity and the quality of the final product up to the smallest detail.

  • Wheat flour T-500 – is mildly darker than the flour type 400. Its grading structure makes it ideal for the preparation of homemade bread, crescent rolls, and pasta. It is packed in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg bags
  • Wheat flour T-400 sharp – is produced from the grain itself and is used for making pancakes, pizza, and other types of fine pastry. According to the particle size, it has got its name. It is packed in 1kg, 2kg and 5kg bags
  • Wheat flour T-400 soft – is produced from the best part of wheat grains and is recommended to prepare puff pastry, pies, biscuits, and cakes. It was named according to the particle size of soft, fine granulation. It is packed in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg bags.
